A big list of qregres parameters is in /goa/source/qregres/qregres.nml GIPSY user guides are found in various locations:

  • for filter/smapper/edtpnt2/postfit are in ~kristine/USERGUIDES
  • up-to-date user guides for most modules are in /gipsy/user_guides/source
  • User guides for other GIPSY modules can be found on brennan in /goa/source/name_of_program for each program.

smapper ambigon: The smapper looks at every "active" phase bias at a time and then forms double differences from them and starts to fix them beginning with the one with the smallest widelane scatter. It doesn't attempt to fix biases that are linearly dependent on other fixed biases. It then fixes everything it can, writes a regres file noting the fixing (but doesn't apply it to the SRIF yet) and steps forward in time to the next bias and repeats the process until the end of the data. After that, all the fixes are added to the SRIF as if they were constraints on the phase bias elements of the srif with edtpnt2 and then another smapper run.
